Met by arguably the most uncharismatic unwelcoming estate agent lady upon viewing property to let in Cathkin Crescent this afternoon. Whether it were toward the end of a challenging day or week, it takes little to be polite, courteous and personable.

Previously I have used K-Estates when searching for a property. Both Katrina and Shauna were so helpful and kept me on the list for properties that suited my needs and wants. I have recently sold a property with K Estates and they ensured everything went smoothly with no hassle. They were so professional, adapted to suit our needs, worked with us to ensure the house was put on the market in a timely manner but were flexible with this making the service personalised. They were on hand for any advice and to answer queries and nothing seemed like too much hassle. I would definitely recommend K Estates and use them in future.
