The tradesmen danny, drew & tiler done a 1st class job, couldn't fault them, I have taken a couple of stars off for other issues i had. I specifically asked for a showerhead to be attached to my bath, by the time I realised the bath was boxed in and it was too late, Gerry said I wasn't charged for it as he never picked up on me asking. He also said that when they ripped out my old suite and anything untoward was found he wouldnt come back asking for more money, that was reassuring having saved up all my overtime for over a yr I couldn't afford any extras, day two and he called to say the electrician needed to install a box up my loft for safety issues which usually costs 250 but he would only charge me 180 I honestly didn't have it and had to borrow it. After agreeing on 8.3k i would of thought there was enough profit to cover this, it left a bad taste. He then offered to upgrade my mirror and wc which I was suspicious of and rightly so, the mirror turned out to be a damaged ex display, he did offer to come and take it away and I could pick another mirror for the 60 he costed, really cheap mirror for a now 8.5 k bathroom. It wasn't the mirror that bothered me it was the dishonesty, I doubt very much my wc was an upgrade the bath also has a known fault where he plug does not stay in the plug holder, it falls out and bangs of the bath, Gerry said there is nothing that can be done they are known for it, if I had known that I wouldn't have chosen the bath. all that took the shine off my new bathroom to be honest.
