Not a nice garage to deal with. Bought a Kuga which had multiple faults when delivered and agreed work not completed (Service before delivery). The advert photos were very well taken to avoid all the issues which were highlighted. Tried to discuss with the staff but was told there is nothing wrong with the car after sending photos of the issues. The car even had oil leaking out the sump which soaked the undertray.
Tried to discuss the issues diplomatically but all I received back was a bad attitude and it was implied it is my issue to deal with!
Even asked to return the car and get a full refund which was declined. I wonder why?!
Had the car looked at by a local garage I use and they could not believe what they were seeing!!!!
Call themselves a family business with quality cars but are clearly are selling salvage cars!!!
