I'm a complete newbie when it comes to vaping. I was in the shop yesterday and experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had.
I spoke with Sam in the shop and he took the time to really explain things in lots of detail and gave very sound advice. He was able to answer all of my questions and he was very honest amd up front. As I am new to the world of vaping, Sam encouraged me to spend less then see how I get on with it before spending more money. It's not often now that people in shops go out of their way to encourage you to spend LESS in the shop.
I highly recommend visiting this shop whether you or new to vaping or experienced. There was a lady being served as I came into the shop too. I'm not sure what issue she had but I noted that she was extremely thankful to Sam for his help and it was obvious that he had gone above and beyond for her too.
Definitely 100% recommended.
