I understand everyone's reviews are based on their own encounters. A brief summary of mine was we required servicing and also had a leak coming from our hot water tank this was at the start of December and initially we were visited straight away to diagnose the fault and told a part needed to be ordered and he would be back the next day. There was no visit the next day or even contact and after multiple phone calls chasing this up I was told the part is not available just yet but once he had it we would get everything resolved and in the meantime I should cut a hole in my ceiling to catch the water In a bucket. Bearing in mind this was at the start of December now fast forward to last week when I had another company round and the issue was resolved in 1 hour this included servicing everything and no parts were needed and not only this we were told the parts were available should we had needed them. I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend based on the above. Service: Heating system maintenance
