        Linzi was really helpful on getting a new tank to replace my worn out TFV16 I had for years and the replacement is perfect thanks.Zeus or something

        Exceptional customer service received from Alex when I visited the shop yesterday with a leaky vape. He took the time to clean my device up and established that the coil had burnt out which was causing the leak. He replaced the coil and topped up for me and its now as good as new again!! Many thanks Alex, its much appreciated.

        Hi.. was having a bit of bother with my Limax tank.. liquid was evident while inhaling.. Linzi staff member (Cumbernauld) talked me through what could be the problem.. she was kind enough to fix this and show me how to avoid this.. also advised me that there were the tank rings .. for spare in the package.. showed me this too.. many thanks Linzi I appreciate the time you spent with me explaining everything to me.. and for fixing my concern with the Vape.. very knowledgeable and helpful young lady indeed..
