Receptionist is downright rude from the minute she picks up the phone, in her words "what's your problem this morning" after saying there was no emergency appointments. She then proceeds to tell me that someone will call this morning....still waiting on that call. Also I think 1 of the doctors just Google's symptoms.

Zero stars if possible. 8am you need to frantically dial only to be hit with engaged tone until 8:30 when no appointments are avaliable and they don't bother to ask why you needed an appointment incase its urgent... they offer only on day appointments. Baffles me how badly this place is ran.

There must be something wrong with the phone system x when you try to phone it puts you in a Q then after a considerable amount of time the phone is answered by an automated message giving details of what can and cannot be done and then just as the recording finishes it cuts you off xx when you are feeling quite poorly you can really do without this x

I don't understand how this place is still operating, you phone between 84 to 100 times at 8am (I have the phone records to prove it) to be put through to a que to be then told quite rudely that I should have been phoning at 8am and no appointmenst left, it took 3 weeks to get prescribed a painkiller after a serious accident and they gave me paracetamol? What a joke, do they not think that I never bought some ? Told me my injury would take 6-8 weeks before it started to feel better but kept giving me 1 week sick line to go through the process of phone 100 times each week. If I could move doctors I would but sadly I'm stuck with them as no where is accepting, probably easier and less hassle to buy painkills and see a doctor on the black market or down an ally in glasgow than it is with this place
