        Came from Coatbridge so I could get Clubcard points, paid 40 in the tank walked in she said you can only get points if you have a receipt but it never gave me one and never gave me an option of it.. I had been in a week before and last women didnt ask for a receipt so she was just being lazy terrible customer service especially since the petrol station wasnt busy. wont be back

        Staff were so rude, I drove up to the pump and was getting my card when this blonde bobbed attendant shouted at me from outside the car so loud I could hear it from inside the car with my windows up if I didnt get out the car she would lock the pump, I literally had just turned the car off, its only 9:30 they close at 12 what kinda was the need for this horrible service, this doesnt help when my partner has agoraphobia so thanks for that maybe if he had his sunflower lanyard on you wouldnt feel the need to shout at him 20/09/21
