        Absolutely delighted with the service I receive each time I go in with my 4 year old. Staff are always so helpful and friendly. Have to give a special mention to Lindsay as she has taken time to build rapport with my little boy and has been amazing in giving guidance and help whenever we go in, really appreciated, thank you!

        There was a long que at front of tills. The one at the prescription desk had at least 5 people behind. I asked to be served there for one item. I was refused by a young girl with specs on.

        Great shop. Very caring, thorough and friendly. The staff are brilliant and knowledgeable especially the manager Andy who will bend over backwards to help and find a solution for any problems you may have. I have no problem whatsoever in recommending this shop for all your optical needs.

        After going yo Tesco's opticians and didn't help you'd ne I needed use drops after speaking to one of the ladys Terri she made me appointment they looked at my eyes and told my I had dry eyes and had Blepharitis advised me about a heat eye mask and gave me drops when I added could I pay for a extra tube thry kindly told me no they wold be in touch with my doctor to get them in prescription I would definitely recommend anyone who needs advice about their eyes or needs glasses use Boots Cumbernsuld

        Been going here since I was a very young child and ive always had the best experience with all the staff and their services. I recently got contacts and Craig kept helping me until I finally managed to wear them on my 3rd try! Honestly couldnt be happier. Theyre all very pleasant to speak with!
