I was living abroad in India, after having gone through a divorce. However I wanted to come back to the UK but wanted a change in my environment. Luckily I have friends in Glasgow area, with their help I found a property suitable for me and I was able to buy this outright. Sally stones was exceptional with the sales process, showed the property to my friend who viewed on my behalf. Even when I wavered because of the stringent ID process and continuous red tape, Sally told me to stick in there. That patience worked. After having put the offer in, Sally worked with me through my ID process. (Living abroad, checks were done to confirm the validity of my money and purchase). Once that was confirmed, the solicitor took over and I owned my property from abroad and it took only 6 weeks. After settling in and putting my own stamp on the property, I paid a visit to the estate agents and sure enough Sally was there in the office on her own hard at work. I could not thank her enough, this isn't just a home, but somewhere I can use as a base so I can rebuild my life in the UK and gain access to my children. Sally was/is amazing, lots of thanks and gratitude from my family and I.

I can't recommend Slater and Hogg enough, from the moment the process started it has been 5 Star. Deborah and the rest of the team are always there for you and help in anyway they can. Jennifer the financial advisor supported us through the process of getting the best deal for our mortgage. She was extremely helpful and definitely made the experience easy. Will definitely be recommending to others.

I would highley recommend Jennifer Thomson who managed so sort our my mortgage for me in a very short time frame. She made the whole process extremely easy and straight forward for a first time buyer.
