        We had this company booked for 10.30 am Friday 18th Feb 2022 to move only a few miles. We had great feedback from other people so was very suprprised to receive a phone call at 9 a.m. to tell us they could not get their van out due to the volume of snow. The address they were supposed to be coming to was just a couple of miles away - same area, had no road issues so we drove there to take a look. The van only had a little slush to contend with and did not look to have been attempted to be ,moved. So after an already hugely stressful time, there we were with packed boxes all around us and new owners ready to move in and no removal company, no care and totally let down! We managed to get another company who also had no road issues - they were amazing thank goodness!
