        Good range of stores and food outlets. Car park is a real pain trying to get out of when it's busy. Phone signal is non existent in the stores.

        Swell positioned area - easily accessible to nearby school children (oxymoron) and to be accompanied by a nearby McDonald's indefinitely. Only inconsistency is that entrance by foot remains inconvenient, with but one genuine entrance and the other being a gap in the surrounding woods widley recognised as an unofficial entrance.
