Avoid at all costs. Took 2 separate days off work to wait in for my package no show and I called both days to be told it could be tomorrow. I ended up collecting it myself by doing a 56 mile round trip!!

I would give it zero stars if I could. I have been using Caledonian as part of the Palletways network. Today is now the forth pick up in a row where they have not collected the booked pallets. Each time I have had to chase them, they have no concept of custom care with a policy of fob the customer with any old story to get rid of them. This time round pallets were due to picked up on Monday, no show called them Tuesday morning to be told the booking was for collection Tuesday which was untrue but assured it would be collected that day.....no show. Called them late Tuesday got a different person who told me the original booking was for the Monday and assured me they would call me on the Wednesday morning...no call. Phoned them to be told the previous person did not work that day. What a shambles! Swapping my business to putitonapallet.com bit more expensive but they at least turn up and communicate. If your deliveries are time critical avoid at all costs.
