Absolute nightmare from beginning to end of an installation of a bathroom which was supposed to be 5 days and ran on for weeks. Eventually didn't let them back in and got a real plumber to come and sort all the problems. If your thinking about using then...don't.

A kitchens supposed to last for years and we havent even got 2 years out of our kitchen without everything breaking down that we got from caber.

I would have given them no stars, however we couldnt! I wanted to use a local company to instal our new kitchen. They turned up to price our kitchen over an hour late! I was supposed to receive a phone call the following day with a price! That was over a week ago! I wont be contacting again!

What initially looked like a beautifully fitted bathroom ended up a total disaster. Overflow wasn't fitted on the bath resulting in a flood through my livingroom ceiling. Had to fight with caber to get it fixed. They wanted to fill the holes with polyfilla, where half the ceiling needed replaced. Ended with one of their staff almost in tears just before Christmas telling me they were blaming him and making him pay for the repairs from his own pocket. Left to pay for the redecorating myself. The quality of the fittings is a disgrace. Ordered and paid for chrome fittings but have cheap imitations which have the "chrome" peeling off! Cracked tiles which were "too difficult" for them to repair. Broken soft close toilet seat which was replaced three times with seats that did not fit and I ended up buying my own to ensure it fitted. Rusted "chrome" towel rail. Bath panel fitted wrong and not sealed resulting in rotting. MDF ceiling fitted which is unsuitable for a high level of moisture in a bathroom, again resulting in ceiling becoming black with mold. Today toilet flush has gone and when an actual plumber came to fix it, he has discovered the "worst fitted toilet" he has ever seen. Pipes not joined properly, silicon seal only holding it together, old worktop packing used to fill around pipes. Throughout my experience, having paid 5000 for a bathroom (a small bathroom) the level of customer service has been deplorable. I would not recommend caber in the slightest. The workmen themselves were pleasant and apologetic however the owner avoided responsility at every turn. Extremely unprofessional and not worth the money.
