UPS Cumbernauld

Tell me i've got a package coming, i set a delivery date when i'll be home, they confirm it, they then ignore it and deliver it anyway, then leave it at a post office miles away from me without telling me or leaving a card. Every single time.

Ordered a present through ups for my girlfriend birthday . They claimed that no one answers the doo even though I had been waiting all day for the delivery as it was important . I then called to get information on what was happening and they said it would be the next working day before it got delivered Monday which is her birthday called multiple times through the day and was just met with people palming me off and saying it was out for delivery . If there was a lower rating I would put it . Horrible service , slow , unhelpful.

Unbelievable hopeless service said they tried to deliver I haven't left the house for nearly three years received a text saying they had taken package to drop off NO information where that was after having to make numerous calls believe it to be a Key store in Brougham Street who have a phone number 724461 but they don't answer any calls at any time so they're useless .Have contacted U.P.S find it hard to understand accents but she said parcel would get delivered to my address I have no confidence in this system as last time November 22 said the same and on last day was sent a text telling me I had one day left to collect it at a shop and that caused panic as I'm not able to leave the house found some who was able to collect from me.
