        Had an appointment for a video call at 2.30 today, got to 3.45 and I called the office, who advise they would send Catherine (solicitor) a message about my appointment. Called back at 4.30 as still no call. Secretary asked me if I wanted her to send a message to Catherine's secretary, I told her not to bother. Anyway based on the 180 they charge for 5 minutes of their time, I reckon they owe me 4320 for the 2 hours I waited. I'll send them my bill!

        If I could rate less then a 1 I most certainly would!, Im am actually quite frankly appalled at how Ive been treated through this lawyer company, when you go to a lawyer you look to build trust and a relationship as your putting your case in their hands, how a 5 minute call could cost anyone 180 is beyond me! Since being with this lawyer since June 2021 ive had 2 phone calls with her which lasted approx 5 minutes each time, thats not even adding on the letters they put the wrong names so thats was a great start! If your in a hurry for your case to be solved then I wouldnt use here as you have to wait a month to get any sort of contact, ive just received a call tonight ( my second call ) and she could not have been more abrupt to me and when I expressed my concerns to her about not feeling I had trust in her due to the lack of communication all I got was an ear full and not a single apology!
