Well i have never been so disgusted in all my life. My son and his girlfriend got this company to make a box to go into their chimney and this is what they got...photos attached at a charming price of 100. Traditional Joiners in Seafar is the name of the company. I tried to call the man and at first he said he would refund all the money, then he called back and a few words were exchanged, his wife took over the phone and said we would not be getting any refund as they have a great company and don't think they will lose any business through this. Great customer service eh!!! He has split the shelf in the wood and had to make a few attempts at it before he got it. Absolutely disgusted with their rip off company and their so called customer services. They have left me no choice but to let people see this shoddy workmanship.... Well the Saga continues with Traditional Joiners. Checkatrade emailed me to let me know that they would post my review after I had to involve the police for his abusive phone call to me. Now we have received this letter this morning, he has unsubscribed, so they can't put the review on Checkatrade. This says it all about what type of company people are dealing with. He is a Joke........
