One of the best HAs there is. Thank God we have housing associations like Sanctuary. The only establishments that build houses for rent. So much mismanagement and what would appear to be Conservative government policy to keep houses scarce in order to keep the value of rent and mortgages high, and all to be paid for by the average man in the street.

An absolute shambles of a company.over a year in the flat a stayed off work on several occasions to have work carried out and nobody turns up and losing out on wages.shocking

My daughter and one year old grandson were asked to move in with us for 2 weeks for repairs to be done on an out side leak that caused toxic mold in her house 4 half month later she is still living with me no work has been done and her full house is covered in mold and mushrooms due to not being allowed in it for 4 month she has only had the house under a year now everything we bought and decorated is ruined. No one will give us a date to move back and and when the work will be done then we don't get call backs just ignored from everyone we try to talk to .you won't class her as homeless as you say she has a house even though she can't live in it due to the mold being toxic yous just don't care what you are doing to a young girl and her baby you make me sick
