Great company to deal with. I've been ordering from Aquapac for more than a year supplying cut panels for my business and have never been let down once. They go that extra mile to help whenever I'm stuck for materials. Louise in the office is very efficient and always makes sure my orders are on time and correct.

Spent 500 on a reptile vivarium to find it came with parts missing and I can't even build it. Can't get through on the phone line to speak to anyone so am left with a part built Viv laying around my flat and nothing I can do. Not happy

I ordered 6 pieces of vivarium glass. I paid 15 for postage and when the glass arrived every single piece was broken. I cut my hand badly on opening the parcel and small pieces of glass went all over the floor. I was then promised that replacement glass would be sent out today for delivery tomorrow but upon checking have found that I have been blocked on facebook where the business office manager was messaging me. I have been thorougly messed around by this business and advise that nobody places orders with them as they are extremely unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy with shocking customer service.

Bought 6 sheets of glass from this company, paid a premium 15 postage, it was not even dispatched in the window given by the company for it to be fully delivered. Had to fight like hell to get only a partial refund. We finally received the order, for all of the glass to arrive smashed. Every single piece. Spoke to the office manager and was promised new replacement glass on next day delivery, starting the next week (today) I got an email from the managing director of the company saying we are going to be fully refunded, to which I replied and stated that we had spoke to a colleague of his and we were promised new glass on next day delivery. He then replied with the most rude email I have ever received, saying a refund was OUR recommendation (when it wasnt, we were promised new glass) and he went on to state that we wouldnt be getting our replacement glass and to purchase elsewhere I have never known such bad customer service as this place, and disgusting behaviour from the Managing Director. No care for there customers at all, will never be using this place again.
