Ordered my mum flowers for Mothers day. They were amazing and my mum was over the moon. Will be using this company from now on for my cross sea deliveries. Superb guys.

Our 45th wedding anniversary and my husband spent 75 on flowers, when they arrived by the pleasent driver the flowers were nice but the pink roses looked as if they were 4 days old.I sent pictures to my husband and he phoned the shop to complain. Karen phoned me and she told me to bring the flowers back to her, I told her that was unacceptable and that I shouldn't have to do that and I thought a 20 bunch of flowers from Asda were in better condition than their 75 flowers and she told me she didn't like my attitude and I was rude.She then sent the driver to my house and took the flowers back (how embarrassing) and handed me back the 75. Needless to say we will never use this company again. so angry and disappointed

Beautiful flowers, stunning arrangement. Wasn't sure exactly what to order so went with the expert guidance of the lady on the phone who couldn't have been more helpful. And I wasn't disappointed. The recipient loved the flowers. Thank you. Highly recommend Daisy Chain!

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife, for our anniversary. I paid over 75 for a bouquet of flowers, but when they arrived, they were all dying and the roses were badly wilting and brown, with petals yellow and curling back. I decided to call to complain, and spoke to a young girl, who said that a more senior person would call my wife, as I was working away from home. My wife received a call from the female in charge, and after hearing my wifes complaints about the flowers, she told my wife, that she didnt like her attitude. My wife told her, she was supposed to resolve this problem, not to be cheeky on the phone, and hung up. They called back, saying they will send the driver back to collect the flowers, and we will get a full refund. This is outrageous. I have bought my wife flowers every year we celebrate out wedding anniversary, and this one was for 45 years. I have never paid as much as 75 for flowers before, but I have never had rotten flowers delivered either. Please dont use the terrible company for flowers. They are a total disgrace and will never get my money ever again. Steer clear of this company that doesnt know how to treat customers.
