Extremely dissapointed to say the least. Emailed Richard on 4th March 2019, got immediate response with reasonable quote and told me he could do the 18th which I agreed to. I booked a day off work so I could be home for him attending. Waited all day and hadn't heard a word, tried texting him and phoning him in the afternoon to no response, I eventually got a response saying he's been held back at another job. I thought OK that can happen can we re-book, since this I've not heard a word, not had any response to texts or phone calls. I'm extremely dissapointed because I booked a day off work for him to attend, and he didn't show nor did he have the courtesy to get in-touch with me until I chased him on the day. Since then I've been ignored, I've just had my time wasted which is extremely frustrating including wasting a day's annual leave. I can't comment on quality of work since he never showed, therefore all I would say is be warned before approaching this company, I would absolutely recommend against using them because you will more than likely get messed about as I did.
