        Unwelcoming tone, unempathetic, seemingly disregarding the health issues posed by the situation explained to her and basically shoo-ed out her office. I have never had a similar experience from any doctor or staff in that surgery. I sincerely hope that she never finds herself in the position of some of her patients.
