        Placed an online order to be collected from this branch. There was no clear sign of collection point so had to circle the car parl twice and then decided to walk into the store and ask from the customer service where I was told where to go to collect my order. After 20 minutes of wait No Body showed up so I had to go back to customer service where after a few phone calls I found out that I had to go and pick up my order from another store. (Cumbernauld)Simple as that. The worst online grocery shopping experience I have ever had. Then called the Tesco customer service number to get a refund where I was told my order was collected . Even snappy shoppers which is a local brand had a better service then Tesco.
