Obwohl die Schuld eindeutig beim Verkufer liegt wurde mir kein freies Retourenlabel zu geschicktich(den Service bietet Futuro Fashion laut Kundenservice nicht an) Ich musste also mit dem Kauf eines DHL-Paketlabels in Vorleistung gehen und habe die Artikel zurck gesendet- auf die Erstattung des Kaufpreises samt Portokosten warte ich nun,sollte die Erstattung nicht zeitnah erfolgen werde ich Amazon einschalten und den Verkufer melden Aussagen vom Kundenservice sind zudem widersprchlich-ein Mitarbeiter sagt,dass ein Umtausch vom Shop nicht angeboten wird ,deshalb hatte ich mich fr die Erstattung entschieden. In einer weiteren Mail, einer anderen Mitarbeiterin ,sollte ich mir aussuchen ob ich Umtausch oder Erstattung wnsche

I ordered my leggings, I got an etimatd delivery for today and they were delivered this morning. They are of real good quality, true to size I ordered 3xl I'm 18/20, not happy to say but that's the reality and people are not comfortable to ask. So if it helps then I'm glad. They fit lovely. Excellent service all straight forward, no drama. Thank you for your service.
