Had a problem with a Fimap Genie , spoke to Doug who diagnosed it over the phone , ordered the spare part came next day fitted and problem sorted . Would defiantly use again should i need to . Great service

Very bad experience with the company , kept our machine for over 2 week and still could not give us a repair quote after phoning multiple times.
