I can category say that I worked there very happy friendly atmosphere and the comments below are untrue just because your opinions are different doesn't give people the reason to call people bigotry and anti social it's an opinion. The staff and Volunteers do an amazing job for anyone who requires help and I will not have anyone take away the good and hard work that is done by Cumbernauld Citizens Advice Bureau or tarnish there good name in the community.

volunteer here Had my previous details disclosed of mental health from a visit years prior, subject to harassment becuase of that Obese, bigoted staff member found out my health history and brought it into the workplace leading to harassment and massive violations of privacy and breaches of GDPR Management covered it up and I wasnt allowed to be accompanied to a hearing, that's with over two years and over 250 cases down, ALSO not told about jobs available either in that or other bureaus which other volunterers where, many who started afterwards. Culture of anti catholicism reflected in the staff employed and management, alos the board who were useless. A horrible little place for bigots and bullies. If you knew what they were sayin about the service users especially the most vulnerable ones nobody would turn up for advice.
