        Ive never seen such a poorly ran garage before. Most garages within cumbernauld are open all night however 9pm close for this one. 2nd point all other garages within the area accept card payments for electricity. This however does not and the cash machine outside does not accept my card. The 5 minimum spend by card is rather frustrating is your only after a few things and on a budget. I've been given cash codes before and some members of staff have no idea how to use this code or been refused to cash the code as they have no money in the till apparently. This has caused a lot of inconvenience. Staff wise most are lovely and friendly with the exception of youngish male who has no idea what he is doing and if he doesn't know how to do something he will simply refuse. Last time I was in there for a cash code I was told he couldn't do it and I argued my point that its been done many times before in here from other staff members. He ended up on a call to a colleague to find out how to do it. Absolutely ridiculous! Dont hire staff that have no clue what they doing.
