We've been using this car wash for many years now it it used to be great. Unfortunately the new staff have zero manners and make you feel as if they do you a huge favour, never say hello or thanks. They barely pre wash the car and their attitude is as if they can't be bothered. Will be using a different car wash from now on.

Car went through the auto wash today. Took a video in car as the car was being automatically moved though the wash. Did this as it seemed to be pulling to the left but did correct itself so I stopped the video. Drove to a nearby shop and got out to check the car, to see if it was a good job. Back passenger alloy was all scratched as shown in pictures. I have only done 12,500miles in the car and only ever power washed it till today. Went back and showed Lee the damaged. He tried to polish it but the scratches as you can see from the pictures, are still there. The manager did come out and look but didn't say one word. Just looked. I asked Lee who that was and he confirmed the manager. A form has been sent as an incident and I wait for their reply. For those who may read this, I would suggest based on this experience to only use a power washer. Really disappointed that my car alloy has been damaged.
