Top Cat Window Blinds (Head Office)

Just had roller blinds fitted in our conservatory and we love them. This is our 3rd lot of blinds for our house we have purchased from Top Cat over the years. From start to finish the service we have received has been excellent. We would highly recommend Top Cat.

Before making any purchase to this company I would filter out the bad reviews as this sums up this business. I contacted someone to see if the could match the existing blinds in my house as I had a recent garage conversion. They sent someone out who showed me samples and we got a close match to the wooden slats and the tapered straps currently within my property. All my existing blinds have two straps down them and I asked for this to be the case with the new ones and was told it wasnt a problem they could do this. After waiting weeks for them to be delivered and installed they were installed with 4 straps down them so they didnt match the rest of the property. I called to discuss the matter and was greeted with abuse after I explained the issue. They asked what I would like them to do in regards to the issue which I said either fix them or refund me and the laughed it off and was extremely rude before the phone was taking off the person by the owner. Again there was no customer service from him either as he said I must have have given cheek to receive cheek back. That says it all about this business if the owner cant even provide a basic level of customer service and lets staff members speak to customer in a manor which was appalling. After a few day I called up to see what was happening about my blinds being fixed and the woman on the phone said Ive to pass on the message for you to take legal action as we wont be fixing them? So I would say avoid this company at all costs as you will see from the reviews they are abusive when it comes to customer service and make no effort to rectify problems when they arrive. Also the blinds where fitted with the cords well below the windows and not to a child safety level. I had to cut these the and adjust them myself. I took the matter up with consumer advice Scotland and went though the process of sending letters to resolve the issue which resulted in nothing being done. Next step is legal action to hopefully resolve the matter.

No good customer service still waiting for blinds to be fitted never turned up when they were supposed to dont answer my emails just tells me to ring them appalling customer service go with someone else wish I read reviews

I have read some negative reviews about this company. I have to strongly recommend TC doors and windows and blinds. The attitude of the fitters was commendable, and overall workmanship excellent. I have to say, that there is always teething problems with any job. TC has fulfilled a quality of work and Customer service. So far so good, well done, looking forward to seeing you again.
