Oven element fitted 2 months ago wrong element which blew my oven causing further parts and costs. Advised Trader who has ignored emails regarding his poor workmanship. Would not use again and would never recommend.

I cannot recommend Paul highly enough, he came at my convenience and was most understanding when dealing with my elderly mum, sourced a new machine delivered plumbed and took the old washing machine away. Great service and lovely to speak to.

Engineer was called when underwire from a sports bra was lodged behind drum of washing machine. Engineer attended, removed the integrated washing machine & attempted to get access to behind the drum. Couldnt & so reinstated the washing machine. No problem. These things happen. Advised us that the wire wasnt protruding so it may not cause any damage if we were to use the machine, but we shouldnt run it while we werent in the flat. Again no problem. All good advice. We run a couple of towels through the machine & the kitchen floods. Why? Because the engineer didnt reconnect the waste water hose correctly!! Luckily we hear the water & are able to grab a bucket & towels before it gets too bad. I reconnect the hose myself once the machine has finished its cycle. No issue with the engineer being unable to fix the problem but at the very least he should be able to connect everything back up correctly. Wouldnt use this company again for that reason.
