Good service from the garage, no bother to them to explain whats needed to someone who knows nothing. Stuart is very knowledgable as are the other guys. I mention stuart because it was him I dealt with. Car fixed and great communication My sons car is also in for repair and they have kept him up to date with parts arriving and its been no bother to them to explain the process with him too.

For an RAC approved garage it's a shambles. The car sat for 8 weeks, in that time we were constantly lied to being told it had been partially repaired, road tested, another repair done, waiting for parts, mechanic away for parts, more text book excuses. Phone call updates never happened. It was eight weeks of driving a borrowed car. In the end we had to hire a rescue vehicle to remove the car. Not surprisingly nothing had been touched. We were never given prices for any repairs nor could he provide us with evidence of the RAC warranty having been used and the RAC had no record of him phoning them about the warranty, he couldn't provide us with a reference number. He hadn't even looked at the car in that time. This man and his garage should be avoided at all costs.
