        Couldn't find it at first but now I know the location. Right across from Harry gows in Smithtown. After a wee bit of a wait for my parts coming in( not their fault !) everything is ok. Good service with a smile & nice , clean shop. No complaints!

        Cant fault the service Ive had this week when fridge freezer stopped working. Very helpful ladies Im office and excellent engineer Scott arrived on time and has fixed the problem. Thank you.

        Rang to see if they had a Decent make of Washing Machine 9kg 1400 spin. "Yes we've one in stock" An hour later I picked it up. It's great dealing with a local business who appreciate the business. Thank you

        Our old washing machine had developed a serious fault and was beyond economic repair. I contacted Highland Appliance Services on the Monday to purchase a replacement, and we had a new washing machine delivered just before noon the next day. The engineer, Neil, was cheerful, friendly, Covid-19 aware and proficient. He installed the new machine and removed the old machine for recycling in a short space of time. Job well done and will continue to give my custom to this company in future. Highly recommended!
