Real pet lovers own and manage this establishment and it shows! We have had our dog board here a number of times and he has been well looked after each time. Excellent!

8 weeks of refusing to eat, 2000 in vet Bill's, where they couldn't find anything and was told by vet either just get what food you can into him or risk anaesthetic to investigate the cause (which because of heart condition he's unlikely to survive). I went in to Colbre pampered pets to try something else when Connor sat down with me and went through everything in detail. He suggested what my dog needed and worked out the dosage of raw food, going into detail about what to look for and what to do to ensure my dog was coping with it. The following day (3 days ago) my dog ate a full meal for the 1st time in 8 weeks AND stood looking at me for more!!! He's been looking for his meals at meal time again and is back to his normal self. Connor has kept me right in how to slowly increase his weight and encouraging me to contact him should I need more advice.. I discovered Pampered pets about 23 years ago when I went to Brenda for training my 1st dog - she helped me so much then and iv never looked back. Incredible dog trainer, behaviourist and amazing boarding for your dogs (just book very well in advance or you wont get in). Connor, Brenda and Duncan......thank you all for providing a service with genuine hearts and care, what you provide cant be bought anywhere......but as a bonus you do provide all our pets needs. Finally this is not a cliche, Connor you have undoubtedly saved our dogs life and I will be forever indebted to you. THANK YOU I cannot recommend you and your store and services enough. Yvonne xx
