        Excellent service, the hire and return of vehicle couldn't have been made more simple and efficient. The car was immaculate, very good experience using Europcar at Inverness airport.

        All fine until we received our post-return invoice. Turns out we were charged a whole host of extras without being properly informed by the Europcar representative who handed us the keys and breezily asked us to sign what we presumed was standard paperwork without talking us through anything. Feel duly conned. The follow up with Europcar customer services has been blunt and very much computer says no type of response. Wont be using Europcar again.
