        First of all, Hertz-Inverness Airport location is wrong on GoogleMaps... it shows Hertz as being "inside" the airport however the actual location of Hertz is just beside SIXT's location on GoogleMaps which is around 12 minute walk far from the passengers Terminal. No sidewalks on the way so when the weather is wet, it is not funny at all to get there on foot!

        DONT rent from this location. USE SIXT or EUROPCAR. I havent had issues with Hertz in the past but the service here was incredibly poor. Employee Joanna Ibrahim was rude and dismissive. When our 3:45 flight from Heathrow was 45 minutes late, she left the office empty. After failing to reach hertz via phone, we had to taxi to town and back in the morning to get our car which was prepaid. She refused to accept any responsibility. The SIXT shuttle driver was kind and helpful.

        Was ok but the car we had was damaged. Chip on windscreen which could have gone at anytime and was told we would be responsible. No other cars.

        very helpful and friendly staff. not very close to the airport terminal, but pick up point available. they come to collect in minutes
