The worst enterprise experience. As a regular Enterprise customer (10+ bookings this year) I was put in touch with Enterprise after an RAC breakdown. Typically I have a great experience, but the coordination, communication and logistics are enough to turn me away from Enterprise for life. I Was told I would be provided by the outsourcing team a car in scotland as it was out of region, only to wait 48 hours with no contact and then have my booking passed to Ireland.. spoke to a young chap on the phone from the inverness branch about my concerns who decided to yawn as we were speaking to him.. Failing a dropoff, i Had to spend 75 of my own money on a taxi to pickup the car. Was called 24 hours after the booking to discuss something with the booking and missed it, phoned back to be told they would be in touch and I've still to receive it. I've never experienced an Enterprise branch as poorly coordinated at this one, and would advise others give it a miss.

Please be aware of any existing damage (no matter how small). I rent a lot in the US and the damage that is negligible will matter in the UK. I was charged 1000 pounds for a simple scratch. Make sure someone comes out with you to review the vehicle before you sign anything
