Arrived at lounge Sunday 26/03 15:30 to find it shut due to being short staffed. Plane delayed as well so not a happy bunny at all.

Staff very pleasant. Not self service. We're given a polite warning about drinking and flying and their duty of care when being given 3rd drink. Then after shift change ignored. Then told to leave as flight was boarding even though boarding did not show on the monitor in the lounge. We were not drunk, loud nor offensive we sat quietly.

The guy on duty here on Friday afternoon, Jan 6, 2023 deserves a pay rise. Only 2 negatives: no toilets located within lounge and WiFi unreliable ( difficult to explain why in 2023).
