On 2 occasions we were charged DOUBLE the going rate for parts. Even the garage in Boddam quoted HALF that of this garage for parts and that includes their markup. These are hard times but that does not justify the outrageous parts pricing of this garage.

Such a fantastic garage - Tracey is incredibly helpful and nothing is too much of an issue. They always ensure that the car is looked at first thing on day of the appointment, with OEM parts being used as per Manufacturer recommendations. This is how you run a garage - dealers take note!! :)

Due to unexpected fault, car was basically dumped with the crew at CBG, was only expecting to hear any news of issue the following week but they surprised me with having it back on the road in a few days. Much appreciated.
