Cant get through unless you call 300 times, on the day appointments only doctor told me which isnt ideal if ur at work , also meant to call me back about a time for the appointment which never happened, great service crossgates doctors

The receptionist is so extremely rude, is like she hates everyone what is this ? Also it took me 3 months to get a smear test.

I called over 100 times to try and get through to someone to only then be told it was too late and I couldn't get an appointment or a call back that day and would have to try again tomorrow, then had the phone put down on me. Tried calling to make an appointment for my 1 year older daughter and missed the call back due to not being allowed my phone on me at my work and they said as I didn't answer the phone I must not have wanted to talk to them anymor, when I tried to call them back the surgery was then closed. The service they are providing is absolutely shocking.

I have been on the phone seens 8 am this morning it's joke tryed phoned them now over a 100 times and almost 200 times now still saying line busy this is terrible like they need to do something about it. This is terrible for a surgery.

I have been a patient here for many years, and found all Doctors, Nurses, and staff to be excellent, in all aspects of their sevice they have, and are doing a brilliant job 5* from me,and Thank You
