We had a great day out, spending about 4 hours exploring with our 18m old. Lots of fun things for him to explore and play on. Animals were surprisingly friendly and not prone to nibbling small fingers. We had some basic food at the cafe which had good facilities. We went again a week later and had another enjoyable time (although it was pretty deserted on a weekday Monday). However, if it's raining I bet it's a pretty miserable place.
