I have had a deplorable service for my pharmacist at the creiff Davidsons Branch today. I was told that I was not going to receive the medication for today after explaining my personal issues regarding my consent to access my care plan and contact details I have provided Head office a formal complaint regarding my pharmacist and my service provider and the non service treatment. I am disgusted by that as a company care giver you have hung the receiver on the phone to a service user and vulnerable adult who is requesting urgent treatment for mental health issues and the other issues specified in my consent forms and treatment plan. I hope you can go home with peice of mind that you as aprofessional pharmacist and care giver have done your job and fulfill your legal obligations to provide a duty of care and treatment of myself who can be unstable and suicidal at times. You should be struck off the register for the negligence you approached your job with today and lets hope that for you and your company career I will be alive and well tomorrow so I leave this with you to think about... May I suggest a change in career so that I and another person will have to be faced with you and your inability to do the work that your insurance company has been created for. You will hear from me and my lawyer if I am still here in the most relaxed sense of the word. Gemma Diane Blackley.

Excellent customer service from Sharon and all the staff xxx picking up a routine prescription is a far more pleasant transaction with Sharon and all the staff at davidsons chemist Crieff xx The Staff actually take time to talk over your medication and how to take it and ask if you have allergies etc and spend time explaining and helping your every need xxx Excellent fast and efficient and friendly staff and reliable service xxx
