        I purchased a pair of earrings from Jazz whilst holidaying in Crieff in 2020. I was absolutely delighted with them and generally really impressed with the shop - the friendliness of Tom, the owner, and the quality and price of the pearl jewellery items - unique and great value for money! Imagine my disappointment when I very recently lost one of said earrings. :-( I called the shop to ask about purchasing a replacement. Tom was incredibly kind and said just to send him back the other one for matching - he then sent me a replacement totally free of charge! Such friendly customer service, going above and beyond, is such a rare thing these days. Thank you so much Tom and I hope to return and add to my collection one day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
