Have only bought sweets online from them but have always found them helpful. For example, on my last order they had some supplier issues and worked with me to resolve them and suggest alternatives. I received the order in good time and was very happy with their customer service over the telephone.

The assortment is simply amazing, and if you're from outside the UK, you might get a (very strong) feeling that you're either in Honeydukes or somewhere in Diagon Alley. Highly recommend the experience! (It's just me on my way home, review on actual sweets following soon)

So impressed with this company! I had tried to order a particular brand of unusual chocolates from a variety of outlets but was unsuccessful and not very satisfied with their responses. My daughter found Gordon and Durward online and I contacted them last Friday, my chocolates arrived today, 4 days later! Excellent service! Thank you so much.
