        Nice ladies and staff, very approachable. Just one guy that needs to be kept away from the client. As he isnt so easy to deal with.

        Contacted this firm to arrange a quote to replace/repair wooden fascia boards and guttering. Two men attended to assess the job. One of them even tried to get me to buy a new gas boiler. Almost THREE WEEKS LATER with no sign of a quote I telephoned their office. The lady I spoke to said the two men were not yet in at work but she would speak to them when they arrived and get back to me. Still waiting on a reply. Must be a VERY busy company if they can afford to treat potential clients like this. Guess who I wont be contacting when the boiler needs replacing. One star because they did turn up initially.

        ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Got this company to quote me for relaying slabs and agreed work would be completed within 5 weeks. Nobody came to undertake the works and no communication whatsoever from the company. Chased them up 3 months lated and told someone wiuld be out within 2 weeks to undertake works. Again nobody came and no communication from company. Write to them a further 2 months on and received no reply. DO NOT USE THEM !

        We have used Airds on our holiday flat for ten years now. They installed a new boiler, installed a new bathroom including tiling and have always been helpful and approachable. We have always found them reliable, even coming out to inspect and not charging when work on the flat was unnecessary. Recommend!
