Emmas Woofs & Paws

I have used Emma for a variety of services including walks, daycare and a last minute boarding and I can not recommend her highly enough. She is very friendly and my dogs love her. I was especially grateful with how flexible shes been as my working patterns often change last minute and knowing someone like Emma can accommodate my dogs flexibly has been amazing! Thank you so much!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT I had booked various dates for boarding my 2 dogs, Emma had agreed she could accommodate. We had arranged to visit so that I could see her accommodation and Emma could meet my dogs, the first date was rearranged by both parties. When I contacted Emma the day before our visit by text (twice, no reply)then tried calling over that weekend no answer. By this time I was getting worried. I then asked my daughter to contact Emma via facebook, she replied quickly but when my daughter said I was trying to contact her , the reply took longer and got a made up story about her phone screen being smashed. My daughter them tried to set up a meeting between myself and Emma. The reply was she couldn't accommodate me any more, no explanation why?? WHY IGNORE MY TEXTS AND CALLS??? DEFINITELY NOT A PROFFESIONAL WAY TO RUN A BUISNESS. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
