I initially contacted the company on 25 AUG and was sent a video link to a flat. The Zoopla website stated that the flat was under offer, but I decided to go with it anyway. I was asked to submit a full application. This included a credit check before I had even viewed the property but no references. I was expecting new processes due to Covid, but this one still struck me as strange. The entire process took three (!) weeks in which I was certain I was the only applicant. At the viewing I was finally told somebody else was applying, and this person also got the property. During the application process, the company refused to take calls and were not transparent. Apparently the decision was the landlord's, but I am still waiting for their justification. The epitome of a time waster.

I rented for 3 years with these guys. I lived in their flat for 2 years without an operational shower, the letting agents gave me excuses like it's the weather!! It should be illegal to make tenants give 2 months notice, this is purely done to scam you out of your deposit. Would not recommend to a friend!

I have been tenant with homes in focus for coming up 9yrs in July and have to say that the homes in focus team are a great bunch of girls and very approachable..... Natalie and jacki and Margaret are always there to help with any problems you may have ...... If your looking for a tenancy a would recommend looking at the properties available to let through homes in focus very professional and in what they do five stars plus from this happy tenant hears to many more years as a good Tennant ******
