Totally love this place got nails done again today always manages to do them similar to the photos of nail art I take in would recommend this shop to anyone as so friendly always aim to please happy new year to you all x Heather Service: Nail polish changes

Had my nails done here a lot and came in today to get my nails and toes done and the service was a total disgrace. The shop was busy so this time my nails were rushed and all my nails are different lengths and shapes. I asked for a simple pattern with lines from top on nail which they had done previously and I loved them so much I wanted them again but in different colours. However because there was a queue my nails were done in half the time and it was obvious when they were finished they were just a total mess. When I was asked if they were ok I said no. I was asked what I wanted them to do to fix them, I was looking at them unsure how they could be fixed as they were such a disaster to then be told to hurry as they had a queue. So quality doesnt seem to matter. I left and within 10 mins I went back to get them fixed as they were too embarrassing to walk around with, looked like a 5 year old had done them. I was told they had not been rushed and they couldnt do what I asked for even though they had done it previously (on that occasion the shop was empty so they did it properly and took their time). I ended up just got them painted all one colour. I absolutely hate them and the one cookie highlights the difference in size and shape of each nail. I am now having to go someone else to get them done again. Total waste of time and money. I would advise to walk away if they are busy because the quality of service will drop massively. To be told to hurry is something Ive never encountered when paying for a service and is just rude. Because they were in such a rush to get me out the door I didnt get my toes done either. Theres plenty of good nail salons in Cowdenbeath I wont be going back to this one and I would advise anyone going here not to waste your money if its busy in there as you get half a service.
