Dr Johnson decided that I was lying when I explained was being abused at home. She was supervising a junior doctor and butted in. Why? Oh shed been my mums doctor for year's and she's not like that and I'm just a difficult teen. I only found out about this after requesting my medical records. This letter from her ruined my chances of help and support. As a doctor you are a mandated reported and you left me in hell. I'm out now but that letter and notes screwed up my chance for help until I could escape. You are an awful doctor.

Honestly, worst care possible. Had an ongoing issue for a couple years with the first doctor taking bloods then leaving me in the wind. Now come Dr Marian Johnston, takes bloods (twice) and 4 samples then has no contact although the matter was "urgent". She then cancelled my appointment so I phone and speak to the manager, who I found out the next day actualy wasnt the manager, and get a phone appointment. A face to face was meant to be arranged but they failed to phone. Phoned up to arrange a second phone call appointment to be met with excuses and refusal of treatment aside from a face to face in 3 weeks for an "urgent" matter. I thought doctors were meant to help patients, not cause them unnecessary stress? My only advice is to stay away if possible, just phone 111. 1 star is far too generous and this practice should be closed down.
