GO Forth! Motorhome Hire

My wife and I hired "Arnie" for a 4 day break in April. Being new to travelling in a motorhome, we were apprehensive about the whole process but with hindsight, we had no reason to be as the customer service offered by James/Mark and the rest of the team is excellent. The guys are happy to show you round all the motorhomes providing advice as to which would best suit your needs. The booking process is easy and the team keep in touch as your hire date approaches. James has developed an app for each motorhome that provides every piece of information you may require about your motorhome. If you can't find what you need, they are only a 'WhatsApp" message or phone call away. We would recommend using Go Forth Motorhomes if you are a novice or experienced motorhome user. The team are very professional, will cater for your every need and provide excellent customer service.

It was our 1st time hiring a Motorhome, we chose to go with GO FORTH. What a choice that was . Professional customer service from enquiry -booking -emails before collection-collection-to drop off ,outstanding service. We chose Arnie for our week long trip (not long enough lol )touring Highlands and west of Scotland. Arnie was immaculate inside and out with plush interior and fantastic storage. Spacious and comfortable enough for 5 adults. Everything we required /needed for our trip was already on board. Lovely gesture of welcome box was much appreciated. James added us to WhatsApp group in the event of any difficulties we may have had ensuring direct contact and support. We didn't ,though felt supported in knowing there was help available. There were no hidden extras with GO FORTH as can happen with some rentals. We all thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Arnie making wonderful memories. We are a family of four with 2 young kids and had the pleasure of renting Junior for 12 days on a road trip down South, first timers in a motorhome. James & Mark gave us a look round a few weeks in advance of our hire which was very helpful for our planning, then the pick up (thorough demonstration of all aspects) and drop off process was extremely smooth. The app specific to the motorhome you hire containing the user guide on all aspects of the motorhome is excellent and easy to use. A couple of queries I had during the trip were answered quickly through WhatsApp and resolved within minutes. Can't recommend highly enough, thanks again for the fantastic customer service and would/will recommend Go Forth for anyone that wants to hire a motorhome

Professional and helpful from the very first email enquiry until the courtesy drop off of my family at the train station after dropping off Arnie. The vehicle was clean and tidy with sufficient bedding, toweling, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for our family of 5. There were no hidden costs along the way and it came with all the add-ons that a lot of other companies I contacted wanted to charge extra for. Mark and James went out of their way to assist where they could which made for a very pleasant first time motorhome hire experience meaning that "I'll be back!" when next requiring a hire.
