re Peter Ward review - exactly the same problem - We had a contract with BR Gas. ~ pressure loss after our annual service. After the second visit refilling the pressure tank we still had a problem, the engineer advised that we needed a new pressure gauge. When my husband suggested to the engineer that he thought the problem was not caused by the pressure gauge, a really horrible and upsetting conversation took place.This engineer certainly did not like to be told he may be wrong. When I telephoned BR Gas I was told that my husband was rude (really!!!) they would not be continuing with our contract. The photo attached is the invoice from another plumber who instantly diagnosed the issue and repaired. Awful and upsetting experience.

As a fellow M&E Engineer I was appalled at the service my elderly, vulnerable mother in law was left in over the Christmas and New Year Period. Despite numerous attendances by engineers to diagnose and rectify a simple thermostat/controller fault... no satisfactory solution has been reached. To conflicting information between central offices and field engineers to refusing service when quality of service/workmanship is questioned. No worksheets, no hygiene protocol I.e. shoe overalls, gloves, face masks. The list is endless. I am also a business owner in the in-service engineering business and I would not have a business for long if I or any of my engineers provided service of this standard. Truly disappointed to have to write a negative review for a fellow trademan /business.

Have used BR Gas Services many times over last few years both for gas services and plumbing jobs, cannot fault their workmanship or their work ethics from Anne in the office, Billy of course and to the workers onsite, well done guys, keep up the good work. Would recommend to anyone looking for reliabletradesmen, first class!
